The Role:

Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with clear progression routes
Competitive daily rate of 100-120
Delivering and covering lessons across the GCSE and Functional Skills curriculum
Providing consistent structure and boundaries to learners with SEMH and behavioural needs

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a school setting
Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively
Understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed approaches
Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential
