Secondary Teaching Assistant - Newbury (ASAP Start)

The Role:

Supporting pupils across a range of subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4
Assisting with learning in core subjects such as Maths and English
Providing guidance and encouragement to students in mainstream lessons
Building positive relationships to help pupils achieve their best

Secondary Focus - SEN Support
As part of the role, you will also provide 1:1 support to a pupil with high-functioning Autism (ASD). Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential - the school is looking for someone patient, resilient, and eager to make a difference.

What We're Looking For:

A graduate or an individual with strong experience working with young people
Solid background in English and Maths is advantageous
Previous experience supporting SEN students is beneficial but not required
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to supporting secondary-aged learners

Pay: 89 - 95 per day
