The successful Reception Teacher will:

Be an ECT or have previous experience teaching in the EYFS.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via PGCE or Bachelor of Education
Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, stimulating environment.
Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability to their teaching practice.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and show a proactive approach to professional development.

This postion offers between 37,101 to 51,047 in accordance with the M3 - UPS3 Pay scales. Always paid PAYE not via umbrella.
