Academics Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join a friendly and supportive early years team at a primary school in Brent from September 2025.

Role: Nursery Nurse
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Brent, North West London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable)

Nursery Nurse Responsibilities:

Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities that support early learning and development
Track and record children's progress in line with EYFS standards
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the school in maintaining an inclusive and high-quality early years provision

Nursery Nurse Requirements:

A recognised childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
