As an SEN Class Teacher, you will:

Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties
Create and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
Foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
Use a trauma-informed and child-centred approach to learning and behaviour

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working in an SEN or inclusive mainstream setting (desirable)
Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and other complex learning needs
A calm, compassionate, and resilient teaching approach
Ability to commute to Kempston
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A commitment to inclusion, creativity, and nurturing each child's potential
