Academics Ltd is recruiting Psychology Graduates - Cover Supervisors for a variety of secondary schools in Trowbridge. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent Psychology graduates to apply their knowledge and skills within a school environment, overseeing lessons during teacher absences while supporting students' academic and behavioural development.

• Supervise classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring smooth delivery of lessons

• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment by managing student behaviour

• Support students with set work, ensuring they stay on task

• A degree in Psychology or a related field (e.g., Behavioural Science, Sociology)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for working with young people
